2. LEGAL BASIS:
Your unauthorized use of My Client's Original IP constitutes a direct violation of My Client's exclusive rights under the Copyright Act, 1957 / Trademarks Act, 1999. Furthermore, this act amounts to passing off and unfair competition, causing substantial financial loss and reputational damage to My Client’s business.

3. DEMAND:
You are hereby called upon to immediately CEASE and DESIST from manufacturing, distributing, advertising, and selling any apparel bearing the infringing design.

4. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE:
If you fail to comply with the above demands within the stipulated timeframe, My Client shall be forced to initiate strict legal proceedings against you—both civil and criminal—which may include seeking an injunction, damages for loss of profits, and pursuing criminal prosecution. In such an event, you will be held solely responsible for all legal costs and expenses incurred.
