However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, you may request a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. As part of the verification process, customers are required to provide an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Ensuring your satisfaction is our priority! If the product you receive isn't the right size or doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help. Our hassle-free exchange process makes it easy to get the perfect fit or replacement, so you can shop with confidence.

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • To exchange the item(s), Mail us to - rangsa2026@gmail.com with your Order ID and mentioning the reason for exchange. 
  • Exchange requests will not be accepted after 10 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • Please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY :

We never want you to feel disappointed with your purchase. If something isn't right, our hassle-free return and refund policy is designed to resolve it quickly and ensure your shopping experience with RANGSA remains worry-free.

Fully accepted if the product delivered is torn, damaged, or dirty or doesn't meet your expectations. Our courier partner will arrange pickup within 10 working days, depending on your location. You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once the returned item has been received and successfully inspected, the refund will be processed within 10–14 working days.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used while placing the order, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other eligible online payment options.

Please note that

  • Return requests will not be accepted after 10 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • Once the team approves your return request, you will be notified through the same email.
  • Pack your order. All returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and packed properly with the original packaging and tags.

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES :
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON - RETURNABLE ITEMS :

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Handcraft items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

IMPORTANT NOTES :

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Actual product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, screen settings,
